Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the item is unworn, with all original tags and designer packaging intact.
Secure Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary secure courier pickup from your registered address at a time convenient for you.
Refund or Alteration
Upon receiving the return, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or initiate the necessary alterations within 10-12 business days.
